1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ProductVista.fr (the "Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

ProductVista offers the following services:

• Product management coaching and consulting
• Product strategy workshops
• Online courses and educational content
• Blog articles and resources
• Book recommendations and curated library

3. Coaching and Consulting Services

3.1 Engagement

Coaching and consulting engagements are confirmed through a written agreement specifying duration, frequency, and fees. Services are provided remotely via video conferencing unless otherwise agreed.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of that session.

3.3 Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential. However, clients are responsible for not sharing proprietary information that could violate their employment agreements.

4. Online Course

4.1 Access

Upon purchase, you receive lifetime access to course materials unless otherwise specified. Access is personal and non-transferable.

4.2 Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, documents, and materials, remain the intellectual property of Jérémie Poutrin. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not available after you have accessed more than 30% of the course content.

5. Workshops

5.1 Registration

Workshop registration requires full payment. Confirmation is sent upon receipt of payment.

5.2 Cancellation by Client

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7-14 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future workshop.

5.3 Cancellation by ProductVista

ProductVista reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops. In such cases, clients receive a full refund or may transfer to a future date.

6. Content and Resources

6.1 Blog and Free Content

Blog articles and free resources are provided for educational purposes. You may share links to content but may not republish or repurpose content without permission.

6.2 Book Recommendations

Amazon links in the book library may be affiliate links. Purchases through these links support the site at no additional cost to you.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share account credentials or course access with others
• Reproduce or distribute proprietary content
• Use services for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or abuse staff or other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

8. Payment Terms

8.1 Pricing

Prices are listed in Euros (€) and are subject to change. Current pricing applies to your purchase at the time of transaction.

8.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.

8.3 Invoicing

Invoices are provided upon request for all services and purchases.

9. Limitation of Liability

ProductVista provides coaching, consulting, and educational services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for quality, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

We reserve the right to terminate access to services for violation of these terms or for any reason with appropriate notice and refund of unused services.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
