After several years of writing about product management in French, I've decided to make a significant change: **I'm shifting to English**.

## Why This Change?

The decision wasn't made lightly. French is my native language, and writing in it feels natural and effortless. However, I've come to realize that the product management community is truly global, and English is the lingua franca that connects us all.

### Reaching a Broader Audience

The product management field has evolved tremendously over the past decade. Ideas, frameworks, and best practices spread rapidly across borders. By writing in English, I can:

- **Connect with practitioners worldwide** - From Silicon Valley to Singapore, product managers face similar challenges
- **Contribute to global conversations** - Join discussions happening in the broader PM community
- **Learn from diverse perspectives** - English content attracts a more international audience with varied experiences

## What This Means for You

If you've been following my French content, don't worry - the core message remains the same. I'm still focused on:

- Practical product management frameworks
- Real-world case studies and lessons learned
- Honest discussions about the challenges we face
- Actionable insights you can apply immediately

The only difference is the language.

## The Challenge Ahead

I'll be honest: writing in a second language is challenging. My sentences might not flow as smoothly as they would in French. I might occasionally reach for a word that doesn't quite capture what I mean in English the way it would in French.

But that's okay. The goal isn't perfection—it's communication and connection.

## Looking Forward

This shift opens up new possibilities:

1. **Engaging with international PM communities** - Participating in global discussions and conferences
2. **Learning from diverse markets** - Understanding how product management differs across cultures
3. **Building bridges** - Connecting French-speaking PMs with the broader community

## Your Feedback Matters

As I make this transition, I'd love your feedback. If something isn't clear, let me know. If you have questions or want to discuss a topic, reach out. This is a journey we're taking together.

Thank you for being part of this community, regardless of the language we speak.

*What about you? Do you write or create content in a second language? What challenges have you faced? I'd love to hear your experiences.*
